An apartment in a newly constructed building with an open floor plan is like a blank canvas for creating a unique design that fully takes into account the client's wishes. Our task was to design a space that combines comfort and functionality, with a focus on the bedroom, which is located away from the panoramic windows to ensure privacy and quiet.
After carefully analyzing the client's preferences and the layout's specifics, we proposed placing the bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet inside the apartment, without direct access to the windows. This solution allowed us to create a cozy and private area for relaxation, protected from excessive light and city noise.
In contrast, we positioned the kitchen-living room directly by the panoramic windows to make the most of the natural light and the stunning view. This layout allows the residents to enjoy beautiful landscapes while cooking and spending time with family and friends.
To create a cohesive and harmonious design, we chose a terracotta shade as the accent color, which is reflected in the decor and furniture elements throughout the apartment. This warm and cozy color adds a special character to the interior and creates a homey atmosphere.
The bathroom, executed in a restrained color scheme with elements of natural wood, serves as another example of the organic combination of functionality and aesthetics. Thoughtfully designed lighting and ergonomic planning make this space perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The design work lasted 2.5 months, during which every detail was carefully considered and agreed upon with the client. The result is a stylish and comfortable apartment that perfectly meets the owner's needs and preferences.
