SERENITY
Serenity architectural project is nestled within the enchanting birch forest of the Kyiv region. This meticulously designed two-storey private house spans an impressive 290 sq.m. and is situated on a spacious plot of 0.169 hectares. With its flat roof and two terraces adorning the first and second floors, Serenity provides a harmonious blend of nature and modern living.
Our team of architects carefully designed the layout to ensure optimal functionality and comfort. On the ground floor, we have placed a cozy guest bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room and a convenient garage. The first floor is devoted to the master bedroom with a wonderful children's room.
When designing Serenity, we chose high-quality materials known for their durability and elegance. The cladding is made of porcelain stoneware and parquet. In the outdoor recreation areas, we used a terrace board, which ensured a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor space.
To maximize environmental preservation, we integrated the existing trees into the landscape architecture, providing not only natural shade but also acoustic benefits from the noisy streets.
