Modern house, with a two-story living room, a dining room overlooking the landscaping of the site, a large outdoor terrace with an outdoor barbecue, and an outdoor pool surrounded by centuries-old pine trees.

While developing the design of the private house Black Wood, our team strove to integrate the main building and the rest of the buildings into the structure of the site as much as possible, in order to preserve the perennial pine trees and the existing landscape.

House design, equipped with advanced energy saving technologies and equipped with modern engineering systems. It was finished with natural materials and a traditional layout with optimal location on the cardinal points for maximum illumination of living areas and revealing panoramic views from all rooms.
